The hotel market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland is booming. More and more top hotels will open in the next years and not just in the urban areas.
The largest hotel project in Austria is the Tibetisches Gesundheitszentrum at Huettenberg in the southern region of Kaernten. The wellness hotel with 260 rooms will be managed by well-known Rogner International Hotels & Resorts and will open in midyear 2008.
The largest hotel project of the Switzerland is the Radisson SAS Hotel Zurich Airport. The business travel hotel will offer 329 rooms and start business in autumn 2008.
Over 350 top hotel projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are part of the international hotel construction database tophotelprojects.com. The annual licence (12 month) for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) is charged with EUR 950.00 (excl. VAT) or US$ 1,282.00. The largest hotel project in Germany is the Priwall Waterfront hotel near the Hansestadt Lubeck. The sports and leisure resort with 800 rooms will be opened in mid 2011.
