The database license "GLOBAL Classic" contains all new hotel construction projects as well as larger hotel extension and refurbishment works in the categories " luxury/upper upscale" and" first class/upscale/midscale" worldwide.

Via our everyday project research service and the user-friendly online database you are always up to date around the globe to know what is happening when, where and by whom.

WHAT DOES THIS LICENSE EQUIP YOU WITH

The database license "GLOBAL Classic" equips you with detailed information on worldwide single hotel construction projects. You receive an individual login code for 12 months to access the database any time you like to run your relevant project data and contact requests.

The project information, which can be downloaded as PDF, CSV or Excel® file, contains specifications on location, opening date, project status, investment volume as well as contact data of specific persons from the professional field architecture, design, construction, investor and operation.

Our research-team works worldwide around the clock and identifies new projects day in, day out. Registered projects are regularly verified and updated according to a permanent re-submission process. As a subscriber you have the possibility to receive automatic project and update notification by e-mail. And should you wish to follow the construction work on your PC you can so via the Google Street View application.
